New day

Hello Everyone!  I hope you all are getting out in the sunshine.  Natural Vitamin D is known to help with depression.  So sit outside or go for a short walk, breathe in the fresh air an appreciate the moment!  I know it is easier said than done, but if you can pull yourself out of bed, you might feel a little bit better.
I noticed that I have viewers from all over the country and different parts of the world.  If your are interested in receiving some counseling or you have questions please contact me.  Also, I was considering starting up an on line, telephone or skype therapy.  If this is something that you would consider, please let me know.
